Indian Army UN Peace Keeping Conclave Delhi: New Delhi, October 12, 2025 — In a significant diplomatic and military initiative, the Indian Army is set to host the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries’ (UNTCC) Chiefs’ Conclave in New Delhi from October 14 to 16, 2025. The high-level gathering will bring together senior military leaders from 32 countries that play a key role in UN peacekeeping operations around the world.
Delegations from participating nations are scheduled to arrive in the capital on October 13. The conclave will serve as a crucial platform to address shared operational challenges, evolving threats, and the need for enhanced interoperability and inclusivity in UN peacekeeping missions. Discussions will also focus on leveraging technology and improving training mechanisms to boost mission effectiveness.
India, one of the largest and longest-standing contributors to UN peacekeeping missions, is convening the event as part of its ongoing efforts to foster global cooperation in peace and security. The gathering reflects the country’s commitment to the principles of multilateralism and the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family.

High-Level Engagements and Global Participation
The conclave will feature addresses by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, and Jean-Pierre Lacroix, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations. A series of plenary sessions will allow Chiefs and Heads of Delegations to share insights, best practices, and strategic priorities for future peacekeeping efforts.
The programme will also include bilateral meetings, defence exhibitions aimed at shared capacity building, and cultural events to promote mutual understanding and cooperation.
