The announcement was made by the Supervisory Board of the company, which confirmed that HR management would ensure continuity in the department until a succession solution, already agreed upon, takes effect in the new year.
Dr. Immisch, who has been with HENSOLDT since October 2022, has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s human resources strategy and corporate culture during a period of significant transformation. In addition to overseeing HR, he was also responsible for sustainability initiatives and facility management, areas in which he left a lasting impact on the company.
