INS Mangrol: The Indian Navy has just strengthened its coastal defence capabilities with the official handover of “Mangrol,” the third Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft (ASW SWC). Built by Cochin Shipyard Limited in Kochi, this vessel was delivered on 21 August 2026, marking another significant step forward in the country’s drive towards self-reliance in military manufacturing.
