Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari: New Delhi, Dec. 31: Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari retired as the Vice Chief of the Air Staff on Tuesday, bringing to a close more than four decades of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force (IAF).
