India-Russia Defence Cooperation: New Delhi, India – December 4, 2025: In a pivotal step towards reinforcing the robust defence partnership between India and Russia, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and his Russian counterpart, Mr. Andrei Belousov, co-chaired the 22nd session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Military & Military Technical Cooperation (IRIGC-M&MTC) in New Delhi on December 4, 2025.
