According to the latest figures, India’s space economy was valued at approximately $8.4 billion in 2023, representing around 2% of the global space economy. However, with proactive reforms and strategic investments, India aims to increase its share significantly, projecting a growth trajectory that will see its space economy reach $44 billion by 2033 and $100 billion by 2040—approximately 8% and 10% of the global market share, respectively.
