India-Israel Defence Cooperation: The 17th India-Israel Joint Working Group (JWG) on defense cooperation convened on November 4, 2025, in Tel Aviv, co-chaired by India’s Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh and Maj Gen (Res) Amir Baram, Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Defence. The meeting saw the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that aims to deepen defense ties between the two countries.
